We led creative direction for BNY Mellon’s National Sales Conference, energizing the sales team around retirement products with high-impact visuals and synced multi-screen content. The work spanned presentations, video, motion, and immersive environmental graphics.

The Head of Global Distribution for BNY Mellon’s Investment Management division brought me in to lead the creative vision for their 2016 National Sales Conference—an ambitious, high-stakes gathering designed to re-energize the national sales force around the firm’s retirement product offerings.

Working closely with senior leadership, we developed a unified creative system that connected every touchpoint of the event—from the first keynote slide to the final closing moment. Over eight weeks, we built out the full suite of conference assets: presentation templates, speaker support decks, visual themes, cinemagraph videos, motion graphics, and large-format signage.

One of the technical highlights was orchestrating video content to play in perfect sync across three massive, non-contiguous screens on stage—a complex production feat that added cinematic polish and immersive energy to the general sessions.

The result was a cohesive, high-impact experience that aligned strategy and storytelling, and helped senior leadership deliver their message with confidence, clarity, and creative distinction.

Establishing the hero image first creates a visual and conceptual anchor, making it easier to extend a consistent, compelling look and feel across all collateral.

To kick off the conference, the sales team wanted an energizing video reel that celebrated the past year’s wins. The theme was retirement—but we knew we had to go beyond the expected. We crafted a dynamic, cinematic piece that elevated BNY Mellon's Retail Retirement products, positioning them not as an end point, but as a powerful, forward-looking journey.

We created all supporting visuals and partnered closely with the event production team to stage a seamless, visually unified experience from screen to stage.
