We partnered with OAM, a Williamsburg-based showroom for museum-grade mid-century furniture, to rebrand and rebuild their entire ecommerce experience.
OAM has been a cornerstone of Brooklyn’s design scene since the early 2000s—sourcing and curating some of the finest mid-century modern furniture in the world. But when it came to their digital presence, they needed a platform that matched the pedigree of their pieces.
We partnered with OAM to completely reimagine their brand, online experience, and ecommerce strategy. The goal wasn’t just to modernize the site—it was to reflect the precision, trust, and connoisseurship that defines museum-grade furniture. With pieces that often sell for several thousands, the typical e-commerce "Add to Cart" model just didn’t make sense.
Instead, we built an inquiry-first system that allowed customers to connect directly with the OAM team—removing transactional coldness and making room for human connection, authentication, and buyer confidence. The result was a noticeable uptick in engagement, qualified leads, and ultimately, sales.
In tandem, we rolled out a full brand refresh—from logo and typography to tone and messaging—rooted in OAM’s unique position at the intersection of culture, history, and design. Our SEO and SEM campaigns further amplified visibility, ensuring that design lovers, collectors, and interior architects could discover OAM through organic search and targeted ads.
Today, OAM’s digital storefront feels as curated and confident as the showroom itself. It’s not just a site—it’s a destination.
